The Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. is a large-scale
textile machinery enterprise, which is integrated development and
manufacture into one organic body for producing the complete sets
of chemical fiber,  dyeing
and printing, weaving, non-woven, drying, blowing-carding machine
and other machinery products..
Founded on May 28, 2002, the Company regrouped the former Zhengzhou
Textile Machinery Plant, Shaoyang Second Textile Machinery Plant,
Henan Textile Machinery Plant, and Handan Textile Machinery Plant
to set up the Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Co., Ltd. and registered
in Zhengzhou High-tech Industrial Development Zone of Henan Province.
The Company sets up shareholding branches of Henan Branch Company,
Shaoyang Textile Machinery Liability Co., Ltd., and Handan Hongda
Chemical Fiber Machinery Co., Ltd. It has the assets nearby 1.4 billion
Yuan RMB and 6000 employees. The Company has the rich product development
ability, fine technical equipment and quality guarantee system. The
users spread all over the world; the products have been sold to more
than 43 countries and regions.
The Company is persistent to engage in products’ technical renovation
and continuously improve the products’ quality. It is the important
research base and export base of the national chemical fiber equipment
and dyeing-printing after-treatment equipment, and the technical application
enterprise of the national CISM “863” plan.
